Helping Friends & Neighbors Get Projecting

Rob’s woodworking and project shop is a non-profit neighbor to neighbor program.  The idea is you provide the materials or simply pay direct expense for materials.  Rob will be happy to source different woods and materials if you need help with that.  Do you have plans for your project?  Get a copy to Rob and see what is possible to make your project become a reality. Certainly tips are welcome to defray shop expenses but certainly not expected. 

Maybe it’s a father son, mother daughter project or something for a group of young adults to do.

About Rob

Rob was born and raised in a small town, Winfield, Kansas.  As a teen, he watched his dad, a Dentist by trade but a woodworker by hobby, work on various projects.  Everything from building Grand Father clocks to paneling entire rooms with strips of hard rock maple from a gymnasium.  He was more interested in girls at the time but paid close attention to the process and skills needed for successful woodworking projects.  After raising a family and now an empty nester with his bride of 37 years, he enjoys helping others by sharing his tools and talents with others.  As a 27-year resident of Highland village he has a true sense of community wishing to ‘pay forward’ the blessings he has with others in the community.  Rob built a detached garage in part to store his vintage 1954 Buick Skylark along with many tools from his dad’s collection.  He has added many newer technology tools as well..
